Why do you think a large percentage of Asian Americans would disagree that historically minorities have been oppressed? Is there an internalized lack of awareness?
Many people of color feel pressure to assimilate in predominantly White environments. Can you talk about that and the negative ramifications?
It can be difficult for people of color to speak up and for leaders to listen well to their perspective. Which is the bigger challenge?
Is it ethical to recruit people of color into environments that are not healthy for them?
